Can you see the little one?

We walked the dogs at Strichen Lake this morning and there seemed to be an egg at the front of the swans nest but no cygnet.
I had to pass by the lake after coming back from the allotment so I stopped just in case.
Great news! Two, possibly three, cygnets have hatched.
While I was watching from a distance, the mother swan got off the nest for a wee swim and father swan came in close by.
Just as well as a seagull swam nearby hoping for a tasty snack I guess.
I did shout out, pathetic I know, but dad swan started flapping his wings about doing enough to scare the seagull away.
I hope they make it.
