Party Time!

We went to our beach for a 1st Birthday party today; it was fantastic. There was a ladybird theme and everything from the bottles to the napkins to the party bags was to theme. I love this shot of Bailee on the beach, and have had comments she looks like Annie! Oscar and Bailee were so happy today :-)

It is getting so hot but the twins still had a whale of a time on the beach and eating more birthday cake (And sweets too). We seem to be past the stage of being able to completely disallow them any sweets at things like parties. I don't want to make an issue about lollies with the kids and they are three now so a little bit for special occasions will have to be fine. (As long as we avoid the red m&m's).

Maple loved the party too. She is such a wriggly, active baby. We had to strip her off in the end as she got so hot!
