Is it only Wednesday? Not that days mean much anymore.

A walk with a friend this morning. 

OT appt this afternoon. 
I am feeling so low, to the point where it's hard to talk and think. She is going to email my psychiatrist (they work together) to see if I can get my appt brought forward from the end of June. 

My tulips are all open , my favourite colour.
