I am glad I am not a cyclist in town. Confusing cycle lanes especially on Leith Walk and these traffic lights newly installed for cyclists. This one was where the cyclist lane is on the pavement! Who knows! 

A high pain day physically which turned into emotionally when in therapy. After sitting for an hour I walked home as far as I could before getting the bus.
