Chives

Pretty flowers - very chivey taste!

After work, I walked round to a friend’s for a cup of tea in the evening sun. Haven’t seen her for a few weeks so it was good to catch up with her and her husband. We thought it felt quite humid, and sure enough, as I was going to bed, there was a terrific lightning show outside. Not much thunder and it didn’t last for more than half an hour, but the lightning was pretty much continuous for a while. It’s nice the garden is getting a good watering at the moment.
