Allium

One of many looking at their best at the moment.

We planned some gardening (weeding and mowing) when we woke, but by the time we had finished breakfast and psyched ourselves up, it was raining.

I took a trip to the farm shop, as we have already eaten all the tomatoes I bought earlier this week, and then played in the studio, finishing a project that had been awaiting some thread.  Astonishing that one can buy Gutermann thread from eBay cheaper than in the local shop, and with free postage.  

W sorted out a shelf for one of the kitchen cupboards - we fitted drawers in there, but want to take them with us.  Now the sun's out - hopefully we can tackle the garden tasks tomorrow.
