One of my Rockstar students told me about the top book. The issue of embodiment was widely discussed in relation to architecture when I was at the uni. Hard to deny that buildings are erected for people's physical bodies, and addressing their bodily needs. I have never really read anything about people living in their bodies from the standpoint of psychology.

The second one, The Book of Comfort, is a replacement of the copy I gave away to the same student as hers/this one was in the mail. :-)
