Water tower

We have several water towers in Reading. This one is a grade II listed building and was converted into flats a few years back. It was originally built in the late 19th century. I'd love to see that view from the top flat but can you imagine having to do the window cleaning!
One is still in operation by Thames Water and is a well known landmark for the town and one has just been given planning permission to be knocked down and have 78 homes built on the site. They are all quite stunning buildings and I will blip these others in due course.
