My topsy-turvy life

The butterfly that fluttered by

Cleaning and tidying this morning before an afternoon/evening at work and as I was about to shut up the conservatory I noticed this lurid coloured beast settled on the chair.

I'm pretty sure it's a butterfly...Most butterflies have thin slender filamentous antennae which are club-shaped at the end...Butterflies frequently fold their wings above their backs when they are perched...and the best google guess I've been able to come up with is a Green-veined White.


It does actually look quite good large too, I think.
