Bright eyes and big ears

I had just arrived for my first visit to the nature reserve in quite a while. 

The rabbit popped out of the grass in front of me and appeared to freeze. 

I had just barely enough time to switch on the camera and take this one shot, before the bunny hopped it, back into the long grass.
