In The Oob But I Will
My Dear Princess and Dear Friends,
The storm of Friday morning overturned our garden furniture and wrecked our table. Which was quite a chunky thing, and gives you an idea as to how strong the winds were.
Dave (and all the other cats) could not resist sitting in it and pretending they were Kate Winslett in "Titanic".
Manda (still Jefe-less as he is in Melbourne for a work thing) came over in the evening and had fun hanging with Caro.
Manda hadn't had much chance to spend time with Caro on Friday night, as Caro arrived at the end of "Thor: Ragnarok" having spent the evening with Feefs and her buddies from Tauranga. They had come to Wellington for a concert and were now "larging it" for a couple of days.
Caro was theoretically supposed to spend today with them as well. But apparently they larged it a little TOO much. Caro got a text from Feefs this morning saying they had taken speed and got to bed at about 6am after partying all night.
Consequently, no-one was feeling too clever this morning in Wellington. Caro asked if Feefs and her mates still wanted to meet up. She got back a text reading IN THE OOB BUT I WILL.
We puzzled on this for some time.
The "oob"?
And she will WHAT?
But Caro interpreted her meaning. They were f*cked and not going anywhere.
So instead Caro stayed inside and laughed about it with her mate Manda while Feefs remained in the oob.
