A few days ago, our soldiers in Azovstal were ordered to save their lives. I can't even imagine what's worse: hiding in a bomb shelter under constant shelling or surrendering to an enemy who considers Azov the worst Nazis.
It is clear that it is very difficult to be completely surrounded for almost 3 months without food and supplies. Be that as it may, I believe that our guys are heroes, and I hope that the diplomatic efforts of all countries will succeed in exchanging the Azov Regiment for Russian prisoners of war.

At Azovstal, they have been under complete blockade since April 21. And not just stayed there, but counterattacked and destroyed the enemy.

By order of the country's top leadership, they stopped defending Mariupol.

In the evening of May 20, in an interview with Ukrainian media on the anniversary of his inauguration, President Zelensky described how the leadership of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine tried to save the boys and girls at Azovstal. Like planes and helicopters, they dumped food and medicine to the Azovs and tried to pick up the wounded. But 90% of pilots did not return from this task alive.

"They defended Mariupol. Unfortunately, a large number of people died, our pilots. Absolutely heroic people who knew that it was difficult, almost impossible to fly to Azovstal and bring them medicine, food, water, pick up the bodies of the dead.

There were many things that no one could officially comment on. "Because there were no air corridors to Azovstal due to Russia's powerful deployment."

"Helicopter rafts have been there for many weeks, knowing that 90% of them do not return ... they flew there. We lost a lot of pilots. "

Zelensky also noted that Azovstal housed not only Ukrainian National Guards, but also about 400 border guards, paratroopers, police, SBU representatives, military medics and civilians.

And in the city itself, the situation is complicated, because so far it is almost impossible to leave the city and even move between districts. The new occupying power is trying to steal everything it can. In general, it increasingly seems that this war was for one purpose only and that was looting. Everything is exported, from medical equipment, metal, appliances, to personal belongings of residents. At the same time, the occupiers do not forget to create a picture of "improvement" and "return of the city to normal life."

There is currently no connection with the city, so it is increasingly difficult to understand the condition of our people, what is happening to them and how they survive. We believe in the best, we believe in victory

Декілька днів тому наші бійці на Азовсталі отримали наказ зберегти життя та здалися у полон військовим РФ. Не уявляю навіть що страшніше, ховатися у бомбосховище під постійними обстрілами, або здатися у полон до ворога, який вважає Азов найстрашнішими нацистами.
Зрозуміло, що знаходитись у повному оточені майже 3 місяці без їжи та припасів дуже важко. Як би там не було я вважаю що наші хлопці герої та сподіваюсь що дипломатичними зусиллями всіх країн вдасця обміняти полк Азов на російських військополонених.

Вони знаходились на "Азовсталі" з 21 квітня в умовах повної блокади. І не просто там залишались, а вели контрнаступальні дії і нищили ворога.

За наказом вищого керівництва країни вони припинили вести оборону Маріуполя.

Ввечері 20 травня Президент Зеленський в інтерв'ю українським ЗМІ з приводу річниці своєї інавгурації розповів, як керівництво Міноборони України намагалось врятувати хлопців та дівчат на "Азовсталі". Як літаками, гвинтокрилами скидали азовцям харчі, ліки, намагались забирати поарнених. Але 90% льотчиків не повертались з цього завдання живими.

"Вони захищали Маріуполь. Дуже велика кількість людей загинула, наших льотчиків, на жаль. Абсолютно героїчні люди, які знали, що складно, що майже неможливо долетіти до "Азовсталі" і привезти їм ліки, харчову продукцію, воду, забрати тіла, поранених. Все це відбувалося.

Дуже багато речей відбувалося, які ніхто офіційно не міг коментувати. Тому що повітряних коридорів до "Азовсталі" не було через потужне російське розгорнуте ППО".

"Велику кількість тижнів льотчики на гвинтокрилах, знаючи, що 90% вони не повертаються... летіли туди. Ми втратили багато льотчиків".

Зеленський також зазначив, що на "Азовсталі" перебували не тільки українські нацгвардійці , але й близько 400 прикордонників, десантники, поліцейські, представники СБУ, військові медики та цивільні.

А у самому місті ситуація стає все складнішою, на зараз виїзд з міста та навіть пересування між районами майже неможливе. Нова окупаційна влада намагається вкрасти все що може. Взагалі все більше здається що ця війна була з тільки однією метою і ця мета мародерство. Вивозять все, починаючи від медичного обладнання, металу, техніки, закінчуючи особистими речами мешканців. При цьому окупанти не забувають створювати картинку "покращення" та "повернення міста до нормального життя".

На зараз зв'язку з містом немає, тому все складніше розуміти в якому стані наші люди, що з ними відбувається та як вони виживають. Віримо у краще, віримо у перемогу
