More fun with the Gelli plate!

Another laid back day.....spent lots of time exploring more marks and  colour combinations with the gelli plate on a variety of papers, these ones are on sumi paper.....i now have stacks of them!!!

Had a lovely visit with a young couple who were staying in the Spruce cabin.    Fiona has quite a varied artist background for someone who feels like she's still quite young...but then again when you're 70 everyone seems young!!!   anyway, she was totally intrigued with the prints i was making and i also showed her how cold wax and oil works.   I think she's gonna to have a great time in the art supply store next time!   They were both so enthusiastic and interested...it was a delight.
