Asparagus Hunt

This morning Mr MD and I decided to travel to the village of Helperby, near Thirsk, with a view to buying some freshly picked Asparagus.   After being successful we moved on to the lovely village of Sessay where we walked around the church yard of St. Cuthberts Church.  On our way home we called at Temple Newsam to stretch our legs and explore the grounds.   My extras show Temple Newsam itself and one of the two amazing Laburnum tunnels.   A brilliant and successful day out.
