Golden rose. From a garden in Eachill.
The Feast Day of St. Bede the Venerable.
Pope Saint Gregory V11. Saint Mary Magdalene de Pazzi. of Florence.
Today has been a good day in many ways. The starling fledglings have been feeding each other and there have been many starlings and a sparrow feeding mostly on granary bread and a pink fat block with fruit in it.
I have enjoyed two local walks.
The evening walk was dry but with low grey layered clouds and there was a strong gusty wind. It is 16c now at 5:15pm.
This is my first photo of a rose this year.
I am going to read my Kindle story soon.
It is about a canal boat cafe and there are several stories in the series.
Take care and enjoy a happy evening.
