Clotted Cream

We got home from Cornwall yesterday to discover a water leak in the lounge.
Liz (at the farm) gave us a pot of home made clotted cream to bring home, but we forgot to buy some scones.
Carol visited her mum 1st thing then came home & made these beauties.
They are lush especially with the strawberry (with Chilli) jam AND the clotted cream of course !
Stu & Maria who are in their garden next door have put the kettle on as we have given them a few...they are sitting on the trampoline eating them & drinking tea...
Peter just called over & he ate 2...soon there won't be any left - especially not for Nicola !
