Ballroom

Our last day together and a fine walk from Lin of Qoich - I biked to the start in a race with the van which couldn’t use the shortcut over the Mar Lodge bridge (see extras). We picnicked overlooking the narrow loch in the second extra. And on our return looped past the front of Mar Lodge - now NTS property, speculating on the purpose of the trellised red and white building. Turns out it’s a Victorian ballroom, decorated with 2500 stags heads!
