Happy Birthday Grandad

87 today and still going strong - he was so pleased to get cards from his 5 children and 15 grandchildren not to mention the 6 great grandchildren - trifle had been made, twiglets bought, sausage rolls and blamounge what more could you want - at 2 pm my auntie and uncle showed up with my three cousins and their respective partners and children - a very fun afternoon

Took Malaika down to Poldhu wanted to surf but she didn't have her wet-suit with her - the sea mist was in and the atmosphere electric - the nursing home on the hill, once a grand hotel looked very spooky, Malaika made me walk all the way to the top to go investigate..... she was tired by the time we got back

Finished the day with fish and chips for all from the Lizard

I think my grandad has gone to bed a happy man xx
