Rural idyll

A very busy day which started with a trip to a newish shop that takes fabrics and craft item donations.  I have managed to offload masses of old ends of fabric which had been unearthed during my clear out. They had been sitting waiting to find a new home and I am delighted to hae found somewhere finally.  I spent the afternoon with a friend who I plein air paint with. The wind was huge and actually not much sunlight till later in the afternoon so we went to a local artweeks exhibition which was great fun. This evening our youngest arrived for a night.. so lovely to see her even though it is brief this time.
