Vermut Casero

I’ve developed a teal taste for this drink since we’ve been in Valencia and it was a delicious accompaniment to our last Spanish tapas meal tonight.
Awful night’s sleep (crowds partying outside until 6am!) followed by the perfect day. Lovely temperature (26°) and a cooling breeze. Beach in the morning for extra long swims and then the Turia gardens in the afternoon. Back in the B & B now. Very noisy. I’m hoping that the combination of alcohol and exercise will knock me out!
