In the street today
In the market, trade was slow. Some men in hi-viz jackets came in, looked round, and one said, without irony , 'My Nan would love it in here'. That's us told!
Afterwards, I hung out in Stroud with my friend J, whom I hadn't seen for a long while. I was able to enjoy the sunshine, after a day inside in the hall.
For supper, I made enchiladas, because I'd seen them on Eat well for Less last night. I'm trying to use up some storecupboard foods, or hidden treasures from the back of the freezer.
