Sticks, cake and custard!

Lovely day today. Neil is off at a stag do so Henry and I have come to stay at my parents. The weather has been great so we spent a lot of time outside, and despite Henry being poorly again (high temp and snotty) he had a lot of fun.

We played with sand, water, sticks, balls and his ride in car. We played hide and seek with his animals. He stroked the cats and talked to the chickens. We had an almost 2hr long nap. We read books and sang songs, then had spaghetti bolognese followed by apple crumble and custard. Almost perfect - if only Neil was here!
