Spa day

I had a spa day booked with my sisters today for my 30th birthday - we all had a lovely time but I have no idea how people spend the whole day there, I was starting to get bored by lunchtime! I don't like people I don't know touching me so didn't bother with any treatments but there was a pool and there were lots of different rooms to sit in - different types of steam room and sauna, meditation rooms and my favourite, the tepidarium, with heated stone loungers.

Henry still isn't well - intermittent fever and grumpiness along with a hoarse voice. He had a lovely morning playing with my sisters boyfriend while we were at the spa - they found some plastic golf clubs and Henry thought they were wonderful, much to my dads delight!
