A country in mourning
We had only just begun to mourn Black elders killed in Buffalo when we heard about the beautiful Brown children and teachers killed in Uvalde.
Sue is busy with her siblings. I feel like a cold plate of leftovers, still aching with migraine five days on. I thought I might do some street photography, but it's Memorial Day weekend and the only people out in the rain are dog walkers.
The National Rifle Association convention was a gathering of psychopaths led by a twisted madman with orange hair who did a little dance after mispronouncing the names of the 21 people killed in Uvalde. And yet he has followers. If nothing else tells you we live in a world gone mad, that would do it.
