Foodbank this morning. The cupboard with all the food in was padlocked and we couldn’t get hold of anyone with a key. In the end I unscrewed the hasp and then put it back when we’d finished. Did usual Saturday chores and a couple of small tasks. Was just about to start painting the rest of the fence when the gardener arrived. He’s working right in front of where I needed to paint so that stopped that idea. Can’t say I’m too disappointed as it’s a horrid job but on the other hand I do want to get it done!
Grass is a mess- soon be the end of no- mow May though!
