Ker plunk

I volunteered as a pacer at parkrun today. I came in 6 seconds after the 50 ,minutes I was aiming for.  

I have just ordered a set of odd numbered bibs for our next paving event. Plus a ,45 & 50
 
We are happy that we have a lot of walkers at the event.

Took Roo for a short walk after. She was. As always. Interested mostly I'm nibbling at the crops
