Meadow Bird

It's been a few hours around the house and garden sorting out the garden before we holiday for the next couple of weeks.

I saw this pheasant in the meadow behind our house who seemed quite content to have the field all to itself. Not long after, a white cat turned up (I don't know whom it belongs) and it didn't hang around!
