Mr & Mrs

I was quite busy this morning as the last Tuesday in the month is WRAP payday and I have to run the payroll.  Anyway that went OK and we were able to get out this afternoon. We headed to the nearest National Trust, Coughton Court but unfortunately it was closed today, maybe I should have checked the website though normally it's only closed on Mondays.  So we carried on and headed towards Hilliers Garden Centre instead.  The weather was 'heavy showers' so we sat in the cafe with a coffee until the latest shower eased off then took a look around their garden.  It is certainly looking very nice at the moment (see extra).  It was getting towards closing time when we popped into the bird hide to see what was about.  Ann saw a woodpecker with a young one, both of whom flew off when I came into the hide.  There was not much else going on but this pair of pheasants were mooching about.

All being well I should be able to publish this week's Mono Monday results in tomorrow's blip.
