Half term Tuesday

Arranged to spend time with our daughter and the boys today - trip out this morning followed by a scrummy lunch out.

Back to our daughters for chill time.

Then off to see my sister and on to visit AJ. She was pleased to see us both. We had arranged with our cousin in Canada to do a messenger call whilst she is visiting her mum (who’s in hospital), AJs sister. Our aunt in Canada is a year older than AJ, is bed dependent and waiting to be discharged to a nursing home. AJ tried to communicate with her sister, although without being able to see her due to her poor sight she was able to hear her sister respond occasionally to conversation. It was lovely to see them both communicating, as they will never physically see each other again so nice to keep the link to family together.

Today would have been my mums 87th birthday, cant believe it’s been 3.5 years since she passed (extra a photo taken 2014).
