Coffin Lane

Heading up to meet S at the Napier degree show and taking a shortcut up Coffin Lane. I really have to nip next door sometime and find my granddad’s grave. Keeping things in the family, I then hoofed it up Yeoman Place where said granddad raised his brood.
Reaching the college, both the turnout and the photography part of the degree show were a bit disappointing to be honest but the nibbles were great.
We popped into the newly refurbished Ryries on the way home. They’ve done a good job with the place and they’d plenty good beers on tap. Good enough reason to go back.
