Obsessed

Mt took the weans to Dalkeith country park where they enjoyed the adventure playground (and especially the huge trampoline). It was a lot sunnier and nicer than the forecast had suggested, and I managed a quick walk when a meeting was cancelled to try and sort out a different time for their chocolatarium visit…bit of a shambles place with nowhere near enough staff or a decent website etc, but got it sorted in the end.
Down to an in person meeting which included one of the new members of the team…she’ll be great and I’d like to be spending longer with her
Home and chatted to the kids about their day. Mx is coughing a lot and has lost his voice poor wee soul, but is happy enough chilling out. He adores the cat and at every opportunity dashes to find her. She’s less keen and would prefer to be left alone!
After their supper and bed time I headed out to a farewell dinner catching up on thanking those who’ve left over the last two years. Luckily sat on a nice table and had a good chinwag with FM. Home, in twilight, at 10.30pm….
