A very special day

What a great day for the Platinum Jubilee celebrations to begin.
Along with many others we walked, behind the St Andrews Pipe Band, down to the Elie harbour where we watched the Beacon being lit.

While up in the village in the afternoon we bought two JubElie cakes …. iced lemon sponges ….. delicious.
