Platinum Jubilee Weekend - Day 2

Mum wanted to invite a friend for a Jubilee afternoon tea, so after watching the service from St Paul’s Cathedral this morning (extra collages), I put together this trifle, using the recipe that won the recent Platinum Pudding competition. Unfortunately we’d just settled ourselves down in the garden when it started to rain, but the trifle tasted just as good indoors.
