Frappé

I enjoy stumbling on a cute café that sells frappuccinos. This felt very Phnom Penh circa 2014, where frappuccinos were a major theme of daily life in a café called Brown. If Dar es Salaam is half as fun as Phnom Penh, I’ll have a grand old time here.
