Celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee

My friend Michelle had organised a gathering to celebrate the Jubilee today. It was a very festive and meaningful event.

She shared very interesting information about the Queen’s coronation, her service and commitment to her faith and country and much more.

We feasted on scones, cucumber and ham sandwiches, sausage rolls, cakes and even had Pimm’s!!!

And we sang God Save the Queen and Land of Hope and Glory :).

I was thrilled to have been able to honour the Queen with my new friends and do our little bit here Down Under!

PS. The pound notes in the extra are actually napkins!! I loved it.
