Smile

Well today is the first day since Wednesday I have got up feeling ok, and not a mess with emotions!

Been coaching at work this morning and it was a nice easy morning as there were a few off after yesterday's gala!

Went to my other job this afternoon and was greeted by this smily balloon, fingers crossed I have turned a corner and am getting over the shock of this week
