Spinning my nightmares away.....

Or at least I was trying too.
Had a crap afternoon at work today, a learner put a song on and I ended up in a mess and crying!

Decided it was the best idea to go straight home after teaching as I was in need of sorting my head back out! So I decided to go spinning and try and spin away my nightmares!

Hoping for sleep tonight but not counting on it cos heads all over the show!!
