Jubilee ParkRun

Trumpet national anthem before the ParkRun started today in honour of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee - there were various goodies available at the end too - from Bacon Butties to Trifle! (I actually resisted - I’d had breakfast - all I wanted was to put my feet up with a cup of tea!)
Did the 5K in 71 minutes - I  do not run of course - I walk
In the afternoon there was an Afternoon Tea on the Church Lawn - masses of home made sandwiches and cakes (see extra) - those I did NOT resist!
