Back to university…

I met a friend for lunch in Bruntsfield today and - as I was early - I could resist taking a look at my old university…

Main photo - Merchiston Tower - all that remains of Merchiston Castle, where John Napier, the inventor of logarithms, was born in 1550. The Tower is part of Napier University’s Merchiston Campus (where I did my degree).

Extra - a less historic part of the building, but oddly pleasing nevertheless.
