Ed Sheeran

Drove over to Sunderland today to see Ed Sheeran at the Stadium of light. Fabulous stage set, amazing lighting, and a truly remarkable set from the man - he had his band with him for 5 tracks, but the whole of the rest of his 2-hour set was full-on Ed, his guitar(s) and his soundbox. Set "in the round" in the centre of the stadium, with a revolving stage. He really is one of the most talented musicians I've seen. Main pic is the only sharp pic I managed of just him, the extras show some of the spectacle, first extra is from "sing", second two from "bloodline" - my personal highlight of the night.

Drove back after the gig, so it was a very late night, I think we finally fell into bed at around 2.15am.
