Paying homage to the Wainwright stone .

It’s so lovely to be hanging out with J and K , we took an evening stroll in the strange evening light to pay homage to Wainwright. Conversation flows without effort and it’s so easy to relax when we are together.
We had been into the town centre earlier , visiting a couple of charity shops which provided two pretty summer tops , (FatFace) for a reasonable sum . We visited the library too where Keith and I sorted out our tickets . I felt really upbeat at the thought of becoming a borrower once again .
We ended the day with the platinum jubilee concert , some interesting bits but we wondered why performers from Ireland , Scotland and Wales were absent !
