Distant hills
The wind of yesterday was replaced by soft mizzle and the distant hills were covered in soft misty clouds, probably drenching anyone who had decided to climb to the top! In particular, Ben Vorlich, which had looked magnificent the other day with its fingers of snow, was completely enveloped. Cara and Bruce, as often happens, came to see what I was doing when I got the camera out and they were both looking at me which would have made a great shot with the background hills, but by the time i took the shot Cara had become distracted by three horses passing on a path in the woods and looked away. It is difficult to get them both still at the same time so I went with this one! They are both looking quite clean here but minutes later they found a really interesting hummock and proceeded to start digging for Australia eventually emerging with very muddy paws and noses! Lovely when mixed with the soft rain!
