Belated birthday card

Good evening with our neighbours C&G last night.

A morning in the garden - weeding, watering and general tidying - so satisfying.  One of the peonies in extras.

Phone call from No 1 son at lunchtime. He is back from a holiday in Thailand which wasn’t without incident it seems. I hope I helped calm things.

New cross stitch kit arrived in the post and I am looking forward to getting started on that.

Really liked this card that arrived today from Dad - made me smile.
