Finished as we started

Rope swing walk first thing for her last day. She enjoyed this kind of swing, it was a new one to her but a lot of fun. Less fun was the frantic homework doing when we got back, although it could have been less fun as it was at least craft based. We had a cooked brunch together,which totally delighted her apart from the whole "me calling it brunch" thing. The word offends her! She went to church, I walked her part of the way, and Emily brought her back to pack up resyd for the off.

Our journey to Wells was helpfully shortened by being able to take her to her guardian. And it meant I got some time with Lisa for the first time since November. Katie, M & N ran around like crazy things. Emily and I only stopped for a quick cuppa before we got back on the road.

Dropping her with Lisa is definitely a less stressful goodbye for her than taking her to school. But it's only 3.5 weeks until the summer holidays now
