Fremantle

Today me and my dad took a trip to Fremantle.

We visited the prison, the roundhouse, had fish & chips, went to the two parts of the maritime museum and had a coffee and icecream. In the prisons and museums we had tour guides guiding us around and teaching us about all sorts of subjects.

We learned about the maritime history of the Dutch in and around Australia. And we also went through a big part of the Fremantle Prison, built by convicts in the beginning of the 19th century.

We got back home in time for dinner and Paul was also here. Now Jim and Alex are visiting as well. Tomorrow my dad and me will hit the road. So don't expect any blips soon, we'll be back in about a week.
