Small Beasts

Filling some containers this afternoon. It was sunny and warm, so there were plenty of bees and beasties about.

Top left, one of several honeybees feasting on the lace cap hydrangea flowers - and top right a ladybird larva doing likewise. Which leaves a bumblebee on a geranium flower, and a grown-up ladybird on a monarda - hopefully arriving to deal with the aphids.
