Cliff flowers

J had an appointment at the hospital today, but the drugs they needed were still at the airport, so a bit of a delay! 

I spent the time with R. who's needing a lot of care now and can't be left on her own. A morning of housework and looking after her. 

Sad to see folk who until the last few years were so able and active, aging so quickly as their health deteriorates. 

Cheered myself up with a good dog walk round the cliffs, which are looking beautiful at the moment. Tormentil, purple vetch, bird's foot trefoil, squill, seapinks, violets and clover are all in flower.
