Geum

After some very heavy rain last night and into the early morning things dried up in the afternoon. The poppies, with their paper thin petals, took quite a battering. My Geum though is still standing tall.

The extra photo is a corner of the rather quirky cafe where L and I had coffee after our rather exhausting games of badminton.
