Hedgerow Crane's-bill ( Geranium pyrenaicum )
Not a good day. It poured down all night and most of the morning. Kat and I dropped off Clickychick at the hairdresser's and went for a coffee. After picking CC up again we paid a very quick visit to Kanyl (Kat's only Uncle ). Then home for lunch.
At 1:00 the car picked us up to take us to the Woodwork shop where everyone was gathering for "The Mate's" funeral. The rest of the afternoon went well but was as you would expect a very sad occasion. A lovely "funeral tea" followed along with much socialising and catching up with people, some of whom I haven't seen this millennium.
The blip had to fit 30 days wild so between arriving at the workshop and the cortege setting off I nipped about 10 yards into the lane.
It has been a very long wait but finally, Richard has been laid to rest.
R.I.P. Richard
