Early start

An easy trip into the city meant that I was in the unit rather earlier than usual. There was no rain in the central city, so the Sky Tower and other buildings were bright in the darkness before sunrise.

As Thursday is the registrar teaching day, I was on my own in the ICU. Fortunately there had been no admissions yesterday or overnight, but even so there was enough to do to make me late for the first appointment this afternoon at the CMHC. Didn't get away until late.
